If you want to make your trees easy and fast to grow there's only one way: timetraveling. After planting your tree, save the game. When you reach the menu, go to the phone and reset the time for the day before. Once you gain control of your character, move around for a second or two then save the game. Reset the clock again, for the correct time. Check the growth of your tree, if it's growing, repeat the cycle, if not, try again. After doing the cycle four or five times, your tree will be fully grown the same day you plant it!

You have to be carfull on timetraveling because if you go to far your town becomes a mess.

What you need to do to get a money tree is:

1. Get a golden shovel. (to get a golden shovel simply buy two shovels and bury one and dig it up after)

2. Bury your golden shovel, then unbury it. In the same spot (without covering it up again!) bury some bells! Then you will have a money tree!

Tip: If you want your money tree to grow money you have to plant 99,000 bells or else it won't work. But don't get your hopes up! It MIGHT not grow money with 99'000 bells, and I'm sure you don't want to lose 99'000 bells! It will only grow money ONCE.

if you want to grow fruit trees, then you need a shovel and shake a tree to get some fruit. dig a hole, bury the fruit and water it with a watering can. if you want to grow normal trees, go to tom nook's store and buy a sapling bag or whatever else he's got. go to your pockets and plant it. water it.

You don't grow them. Over half of the trees in your town turn pink for a whole week. It rains petials also when the week event happens so you will know when it starts and stops.
