Perhaps use a stronger bit or just remember to sit deep, soft hands, heels down and sit tight! Forward going ponies are really for more experienced riders, and your pony club obviously thinks you can handle that. If after you use these tips, you're still not happy, then perhaps ask them whether you could ride a different pony. Some ponies just aren't right for some people!
