Stress is something that may put a lot on

you , to deal with stress you can take a nice hot shower to relax your body maybe even treat yourself to your favorite snack ... Most importantly if something is bothering you face your problem ! don't hide it trust me so much would be lifted off your shoulders good luck ;)
Say that you stay clam under stress, try to relate it with some example at work place.
Exercise is the best way to handle stress.
