It's actually pretty easy. When you get the bad egg (I think it was the Jirachi egg if you cheated on the event) save, then turn off your game. Take out the action replay, and put only your regular game into the DS card slot. Then, the game won't freeze, but you'll have to walk 250,000 steps to hatch the Jirachi egg. If I were you I'd just get the poke modifier action replay cheat and get jirachi that way.
