To have a Baby on sims you have to be romanticley involved with someone, all you do is click on romantic click get married and after you get married there will be a option that says try for ababy. If u click try for a baby and it says it wont work u can adopt a baby by walking to the phOne and selecting the " adopt baby" button. Hope this helps sorry its kinda hard tO explain
