If a lullaby sound is playing you know she's pregnant, but in rare cases it doesn't play when she is.
When the woman(i hope :) is pregnant you can increase the chances of getting twins/triplets by using kids radio/tv.
you can increase the chances of getting a specific gender as well, watermelons for a girl, apples for a boy,
