By putting a girl hamster and a boy hamster together in a cage. Then they will likely mate. Then if you've observed them mate or it has been about 2 weeks, you should separate them, but leave the female with the babies. Do not touch the babies otherwise their mom might kill them and eat them .

Simply get them together and they'll manage. Just make sure she's fully mature, and don't inbreed. Though you should take care to read up. I have a nifty book I picked up at the pet store that covers just about everything. Apparently there are some don't, because of genetics and a propensity for Diabetes. And don't let the female get pregnant just after she's weaned a litter. She needs a break! It's hard on her little body.

If you have a safe room for them to frolic around in, that's ideal. Leave their cages open and they will usually want to cuddle for the next day, but do separate them after that because she may get testy (hormones!).

My book did mention that if you keep them caged for mating, use the males cage, not the Mama's.

Its easy!

Put a male and female hamster together!

Hamsters, like most mammals, have sexual reproduction culminating in gestation (pregnancy) and the live birth of young. Hamsters, unlike guinea pigs, do not have well-developed newborns (pups), so they nurse with the mother for at least a week before becoming independent.

if your hamster has babies, don't touch them until their eyes, open. which is about day fourteen but wait for about two day after that day. if you touch them, the mother will think their not hers and will not take care of them. Or she will stress out and eat the babies! let her do the work, but don't move them until they finish developing! To change the food into fresh food, just leave the food bowl there and get a few toilet paper squares and wrap the food in there. the food will be used and the toilet paper will be shredded by the mom and placed in the nest to keep the hammies warm. WARNING: The mother gets territorial when she gives birth and when she raises her children. To touch the babies in day fourteen, let the mom smell you and creep closer and stop. if the mother doesn't do anything move closer keep doing it but if she makes a move against you wait until tomorrow and try again.

HOPE IT HELPS!!!!
