How can you get twins in The Sims 2?

When the person in pregnant, hold down ctrl+shift+c and type on the cheatbox forcetwins exactly how it is written there. You might have to do it while they are about to give birth, its one of them.

Get your sim pregnant

While in labour pause the game.

bring up the cheat box (cntrl+shif+c)

Type 'forcetwins' without quotations.

It works, but only 50% of the time. but if u have the exension pack of the quads thing thnn u cn use tht..

Get a top level medical career familly member and go under friendly. Have the family member determine if it is a girl or a boy. If he says it's a boy, eat 3 watermelon! If he says it's a girl, eat 3 apples! Because eating watermelon increases the chance of a girl and eating apples increases the chance of a boy! Good luck with your twins! :)

When you go into the game and your sim is pregnant, all you have to do is press ctrl shift C at the same time, a little box should appear at the top of the screen. Type in boolProp testingcheatsenabled true. Then press enter. After you type in that, type in forcetwins and press enter.

It's just random usually, but I think if you make the pregnant sim eat cheescake it's more likely that they'll have twins. Sounds stupid, but I think it works lol.
