Soak your earring in Claire's ear stuff or Rubbing Alcohol. Then put Neosprin on your ears and your earring. Do this for several days. When your ear begins to get better put earring back in after doing above steps. If your ear gets worse then take the earring out and open a pill and stick the powder in to keep the hole. If no sign of improvement appears after several weeks then go see your doctor. My mom did all of the above to me and my ears are healing now! :D

Real Answer:

Soap and water daily while moving the jewellery back and forth to allow the soap solution into the piercings, then flush the piercing with lots of warm running water (best to do this in the shower after your shampoo and conditioner). You will see a change in the piercing within 24 to 48 hours. Never use Polysporin or Neosporin on a piercing, it clearly says not to use it on a puncture wound or a deep wound (piercings are puncture wounds).
