Of course not! Your thoughts are your own. Only you can hear them - think about anything you wish, that's one of the great things about thoughts - no on else can hear them. Hence... induldge in daydreaming about things you wouldn't normally do or say. As long as you don't carry out these 'bad' thoughts you will be fine. Hope this helps.
An aside is when you hear the characters innermost thoughts and feelings, the other characters don't hear it.
