I would start in the house make them comfrotable with their surroundings, you must also make sure that you are naturally becoming their leader as a depressed Dog mayde this way because they are not sure what to do. Give them challenges maybe hiding toys for them to find etc. If poss try to take to areas where there are other dogs playing. Be persitant I did and I now have the most happy loyal dog ever!
