There's a lot of things that help, -Potassium in bananas -Paracetemol or other painkillers -Fluid, but water or juice, nothing fizzy -Exercise (Yes it helps!) -Heat packs or those cozy cubs you can put in the microwave
That is normal for alot of girls, but if the pain is really bothering you, then maybe you should go see a doctor who can prescribe some medication to help ease the pain.
