You can't chose to have anorexia. Someone doesn't just wake up and say I want an eating disorder it's something your born with and it usually effects you at a later age. Someone that choses this isn't anorexic there just starving themself

Anorexia is a very dangerous! You should seek professional help immediately. Most people can not over come anorexia alone. Talk with your doctor, he will point you in the right direction and get you the help you need.

The average parent isn't qualified to help someone overcome heroin addiction, so why should Anorexia be any different? If you are the parent of an anorexic child, please understand that this is a disease that is afflicting your child, it has nothing to do with their character, and it is not necessarily a choice that they make.
