to cool down the robot, you have to go to the factory and ride up the crane to turn on the factory power switch using your toolbox found on roof top of robot boutique, Then one of the workers gives you the fan. Run back to the club and turn on the fan then the robot gives you a nickel that you give to the man behind the factory to get the heat vision goggles. You then go back to the club use the googles to find the inspector.
