Basically you can't - the whole point of a caller being able to with-hold their number - is to prevent it being stored by the called party's equipment.
You type in *67 (take out the area code) and then type the persons phone number in.

On any phone there is the ablity to show 'caller ID' or not to show. What you seem to have is a contact who has turned off Caller ID
