REPEATE WAT U JUST DID but, DO NOT move forward, KEEP GOIN BACK.
then u bend down, BUT WHEN UR BENDING DOWN, you bend down in a TWIST then u go ba up, with ONLY 1 FOOT., a perfect, 2' o clock twist, [all the way AROUND.]
