First you have to push the barrel of explosives right under the golden tooth. Then you climb on top of cannon corsairy and go straight across jump and there is a cannon starter kit. Use the kit to fire the cannon at left corner at the bottom and it will hit the explosives causing the tooth to fall and you get the map piece.
