No you can not enter a 10th prestige lobby with a j-tag... if you would of did a j tag after a 10th prestige lobby then yes but what i would do is deleter your account but then create a new one, get into a 10th p-lobby then transfer the same jtag over again... ive had to do the same all you do is put your j-tag into your documents on your computer or a 10$ flash drive disk.
