The only way you can host a game is if you have invited someone you added on your wii friends for the game and when you sign on to the online version there should be under find game it should say party invites and it will show you who is online or offline and you send them an invite and if they accept it then you choose what game type you want to play team conflict heroes etc and you are now hosting a game
