To import video from My Documents into Windows Movie Maker:
> Click the Import Media button (on top menu)
> Locate the My Documents file folder on your computer
> Click on the video from the folder you want to import
> Click Import button

If you have a USB cord then connect it into your (thingie) Where you put your flash drives. Then go to Windows Movie Maker and hit Import Videos which is in the tasks bar. And your videos should be in your file where the videos were transfered
