From my limited searching on the web: Deep breathing and yoga or tai chi. If you don't know how to do this, even a brisk walk or breathing in as far as you can, holding it for a few counts and breathing out as far as you can repeated a few times and stretching gently may be of some benefit. Light foods, such as vegetables, very little meat. De-clutter your living space. Investigate Feng shui. Plants and running water increase chi. Things that make you happy, activities you find meaningful, time with loved ones, etc.

Well, you need to practise chi and much more chi included Martial Arts. Or if you want to be master at chi, but don't know some other martial arts, then about 2 or 3 martial chi included martial arts will be good. Here are a list of a few:

  • Chi Gong
  • Tai Chi
  • Empty Force
  • Shaolin

Practise chi and some or all of these martial arts for about 3, 4 or 5 years to master it, then you can do heaps of things with chi, sometimes you can fly, you can always:

Move objects without touching it,

Softly and sometimes hit someone without full force or with full force and make them go flying back!,

Levitate things,

Do astral projection

And much much much more.

If you want to learn how to fly, then here is a really good guide:

First you need to learn how to control chi or chakra, basically your inner energy. Start with gravity training like carrying a 60 pound back pack on you or something like that. Learn to jump higer using the energy, or even running. I can run to a corner and back in 1 minute if i use my chi 20-40 seconds. Once you are really advanced try it (don't jump of a cliff or building etc.) Try it in like your back yard or something. Like meditation, train more and hopefully you'll be able to do it. Like training your lung. So learn about inner energy and how to control it. Don't always rely on your physician - strength that makes you weaker. Oh yeah, don't over do it on the gravity training.

When you be able to handle the 60 pound back pack with the earths gravity then the earth gravity isn't gonna take you down anymore because you handled a 60 pound backpack including the earth's weight (gravity)! If you jump you will go really high, choose if you want to stay in the air and fly or just come back down.
