Start by changing to a free flowing exhaust system inc a sports cat and a 4 to 1 branch manifold.this will help the gases escape more freely.so all you need now is for the car to breathe better so think about an induction kit or a forced air induction kits this will improve the cars horsepower but the gain will not be massive.for larger gains you will need to think about head and cam works maybe uprate the clutch and lighten the fly wheel also maybe a quick shift this would make the gear changes faster and better.
