You should look up "overclocking". Its a pretty popular thing to do at the moment.
Because computers have boundaries/limits on what actions they can perform due to artificial intelligence, they can't do some specific things. Here is a small list of what they can't do from the top of my head. In a few years, computers/technology will advance to the point where this list is meaningless. This answer was written in 2009. *They are not human beings so it is impossible for them to comprehend feelings *They can not perform 50 GHz per core as of 2009 * Computer CPU's require cooling from fans/liquid cooling * Since human beings have programmed computers they will only do the functions that the programmer has laid out for them. * Self-maintenance- computers require permission from the owner to download virus software/remove malicious viruses. Those are just a couple of things that computers can't do. In a few years from now, this information will need to be updated. -MichelleLynn

Hz on a RAM is the speed of which the hardware can read. the higher the Hz the faster RAM.
PCI Express x16 at 2.5-40 GHz whereas AGP tops out at over 100 MHz
Build your own PC,and be happy with the priciest stuff like GTX 680 or AMD Radeon 7970 Ghz Edition,Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition,3tb of storage,16gb of ram etc
A gigahertz (GHz) is one billion cycles per second. High-speed computers have internal clocks rated in GHz.
Toshiba brand is the best on the market!especially with Windows 7.
Is this GHz, Windows Score? Not much information was given. For GHz, It is reasonable, but not very good for gaming, GHz isnt all that makes up a processor though. If it is a windows score, then it is very bad.
If it is a disc made for the computer, then yes.But it depends on if your computer is good enough to play The sims 3. GHz is an abbreviation of GigaHertz which is the speed of the processor.
The most common specs of computers used in schools are 3.1 GHz Intel Quad-Core i7 processor. It also includes Windows 7+, 8 GB RAM minimum, and 1 TB hard drive.
Yes, by adding RAM to your computer will increase the performance of your video game.
