ok 1st yes u tie off where there is a visable vein tie off 1st and see witch vein raise's the most..2nd u can buy hyperdermic needles at a pharmacy not all will see them so go to one where its near the ghetto. u can use 1/2 cc or 1cc i use 1cc its ur call wich 1 u like better as for mdpv i take the powder put it in a spoon get hot water and suck up like 40 to 50 cc of water- also depends on how much powder u have..so take ur spoon with the powder in it and ur neddle with water and shootthe water in it i cook it with a lighter till i see the powder disapear in the water suck it up with needle and blast a way
