Unfortunately, Windows Movie Maker is a very basic editor that is limited in features and functions.
There are only three tracks for media in the program: Video, Audio/Music, Title Overlay. That means that you can only use one media insert per track. In other words, if the video is already on the track, you can't overlay (insert) a drawing onto it.
Other (purchased) video editing software applications have many tracks that allow you to
overlay video. But not Windows Movie Maker.
