the same as you install any computer game, with the exception of the CD key, which i found on one of the paper casings. if the install wizard doesn't automatically appear, go to the "my computer" icon (if its not on your desktop, it should be in the start menu. once there, double click the CD-ROM drive icon, ussually with a picture of a CD or an image related to the software (in this case empire earth 2), this should start the install wizard in which you only need to follow the instructions in the window. when it's actually installing the files, somewhere around halfway it will ask you to insert the 2nd CD which is necesary to install the program.
