You have to install it again. That's what I did and it worked for me.
One way to get ActiveX is to use the extension IE Tab, which is available for download below in the Related Linkssection
The Activex manual should have instructions as to how to install the program on the certain OS systems. On the Microsoft webpage, it offers specific directions for installation.
go to windows updates and uninstall ie9
When that bar comes up, click on it. Choose Install Active X control, and it will install the page, refresh and then confirm the install in a separate window.
well i suggest that you install activeX or Castle or avg but i reckon if you want some pretty good protection install them all.
