No, as of April 2008, Ipod Linux does not work ipod nano generations 2 - 4. It does work with the 1st generation though. edit: Now you can it is fully supported

The iPod nano 2nd Generation is not capable of playing video. The first iPod nano that was video capable was the 3rd Generation iPod nano.

You cannot connect to the internet on a sixth generation iPod Nano. That generation of iPod Nano does not have Wi-Fi capabilities.
