they have clips on the back of each piece that simply attach to the holes predrilled into the body. unless you have the base RS model then you can either drill the holes necessary or improvise using 3M double sided heavy duty tape and screws

you are going to have to pull the plastic inner fender well on the passenger side, then you should be able to reach up from the bottom & unscrew nut holding old antenna & remove. repeat process in reverse to install.

Install the OEM size. It is listed on the drivers door post and in your owners manual. The correct size to install is 215/70-15
The OEM correct size is 185/65-14. You can install different sizes in a 15" wheel as long as you keep the overall diameter the same as the OEM size. For instance you can install a set of 175/60-15 if you change the wheels to 15" wheels and they will work great.
