The same as you would install the base game. It should have an Autorun feature on the disk, but if for some reason it does not autorun, you will need to manually navigate to the disk and run the set up.
To navigate to the disk (in Windows) you will need to access your "My Computer" and open the disk. Once you have this folder open, find the file called Setup.exe and double click it to run. Follow any onscreen instructions during the installation process. Simple as that.
