Making sure that the computer case you have is appropriate for the motherboard is the first step.
Then it is much like legos.
The motherboard will only fit in the computer case in one way.
So will the Processor, the harddrive, the ram, the processor fan, and all the other parts.
Do not force anything into place, if it does not go in easily try reorienting it.

You are required to have LGA1150 Socket type on your mother board to install the processor mentioned.
After you mechanically install it into the slot of the computer, you have a wire that connects to the mother board(I believe).
The graphics are integrated into the mother board. You can still install one which I highly recommend because you will get way better performance.
An onboard LAN is a built-in ethernet adapter on mother board, if you have an onboard LAN, then, there is no need to install another ethernet card for your purpose.
