Follow the top radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. The thermostat is in the metal housing that the hose is clamped to. Remove the two bolts that hold the housing the engine. Be careful to not over tighten or tighten un evenly when replacing the bolts, it's easy to break the housing. Make sure the new t-stat goes into the engine with the brass temp sensor part down.
