remove the glove box(9 or 10) t-15 torx bits, remove one trx bit from the ecu carraige(white plastic) pull the ecu out, and unclip the 3 connectors.

Unhook the battery. Remove the glove box door. You'll see the ECM. Unplug the wires to it. There are four nuts that hold it in. Loosen them and take out the ECM. Reverse the procedure to install. Remember to put your original PROM chip in the new ECM.
