No, the USB adapter requires drivers which the 360 lacks, regardless of which game. You would have to hack your Xbox to make it remotely possible.
ur supposed 2 have an usb cable thus that's how u charge it? ---- *Improved* The PS3 comes with a controller charger. It is a USB cable and hooks right into the controller and system. *Proof* I Have a PS3.
Some the first batch of 80 GB PS3 models with the 4 USB ports had Sixaxis controller then those released in August 2008 with 2 USB ports had Dualshock controller
Your BIOS may have set the USB controller to operate in a legacy mode. "Full-speed" is actually a legacy mode. You would want "Hi-speed."
Lots of PC games let you play with a controller instead of just a keyboard or mouse. You can quickly and easily install the Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller for Windows on any computer that has an available USB port and that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or a later version of Windows.
Yes. If you have an empty PCI bus slot on the PC motherboard, you an install a PCI card which provides you 2 or 4 USB2.0 ports which are available at around $10. There are some combo cards which provide both USB and Firewire (1394 ports). - Neeraj Sharma
Universal Serial Bus (USB) is an input/output port standard for computers and digital equipment, which allows easy transfer of data via a direct connection or cable. Older USB version is 1.1 and the latest is USB 2.0, also known as hi-speed USB. A hi-speed USB host controller refers to the hardware inside the computer that provides hi-speed USB functionality to the ports.Usually windows XP have the drivers for most of the USB devices otherwise you may also use the Driver's Disk to install the drivers. You may also ask a local technician to fix and install the USB devices. I can suggest you one at http://www.iyogi.net----------------------------------------function addAlternate(new_title,sameQ){ params = "new_title="+new_title+"&wpSave=1&similarQuestion=1&fromSuggest=1&title="+sameQ; AjaxToFunc("/wiki.phtml?action=editalternates","showThankYouMsg","POST",params); } function showThankYouMsg(str){ var msgText = $('msgText'); if(msgText!=null){ msgText.innerHTML="Thank you for helping to keep the Q&As in order!"; } } function sendCustomMetrics(dim1,dim2){ var cv = _hbEvent("cv"); _hbSet("cv.c16", dim1+"|"+dim2); _hbLink("SimilarQuestions"); }How do you install a hi-speed USB host controller on a Win XP computer?
When I try to down load the drivers to my Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS i get an error code28 and the drivers will not download. The drivers are for the Multimedia Audio Controller.
no edit by different person(me): Yes, a software called motion in joy helps you to connect ps3 controller to pc and play all ur pc games with it. Before u install motion in joy from its website, you'll need: 1. A bluetooth usb dongle (if built in bluetooth is available, u cannot use the normal bluetooth mode after installling motion in joy) 2. A wire for pairing 3. Your PS3 controller Then download motion in joy and install it, then follow the instructions given.
Type "+jlook" in the developer's console.
The only way that older Playstation 2 dual shock controllers will function with a Playstation 3 unit is through the use of a Usb controller adapter cord which allows the controller to be plugged in through the units Usb port and used.
Just try plugging it into the computer, if it's windows vista it might work because normal 360 controllers work with vista. If it won't work you could probably just find a driver or something from the internet that will make it work. I'm certain there would be something like that somewhere on the internet, the internet has everything.
