most usb 2 controllers are supplied with the hardware, however you can get drivers from driverguide.com you will need to know what hardware you are installing eg usb drive, usb controller etc.

Your BIOS may have set the USB controller to operate in a legacy mode. "Full-speed" is actually a legacy mode. You would want "Hi-speed."

If it won't work you could probably just find a driver or something from the internet that will make it work.
