You could either use MultiMC to install it instantly, or there is the manual way. To install it manually, install the latest version on minecraftforge. Then open the minecraft.jar using WinRAR or 7-Zip and delete META.INF. Then open the minecraftforge.zip and drag all the files from it into the minecraft.jar. Make sure to leave the META.INF of minecraftforge there, as some mods require it to run. You should just have to open minecraft and MCP, MinecraftForge and ForgeModLoader should be running.
