First and foremost your computer should already have a paint program that comes with it, so go down to the Windows button ( or whatever computer you have) and type in paint and some kind of program should pop up, but just to let you know, paint and ms paint are the exact same thing except that the tools are in different places so if paint pops up don't think that ms paint is going to be a whole new program cause its not. Now if you for whatever reason feel like you can't use anyother program except for ms paint, then go to YouTube and search for tutorials on how to get ms paint, i have not gotten ms paint for my computer but my close friend has and said thats the only way she could find how to do it. Hope it helped :D
Micro Soft Paint can not have a virus, because it is not a download, install, plug-in, or a flash game. Paint is a MS program that does not need any of the the things listed.
Open CMD, type in "Format C:" tehn enter, maybe it will ask for permission, if it does, type in "yes", and you have a fresh install of MS Paint running ;)
You can download Ms Paint at the site in the Related Links.

MS Excel is a spreadsheet; MS Paint is a basic graphics editing program.
Try to go to your search system and type in MS Paint but if it doesn't pop up you might need to re-install it. But if it still doesn't work, your computer should already have a pre- installed paint program on it. I have used MS Paint and the pre- installed Paint program on my computer and they are both exactly the same thing except the tools are in different places which isn't a big deal, so if you don't want to re-install or if you just want the easier version, I would say just use the already installed on, I don't know if mac's have a pre-installed Paint program so if your using a mac you just gotta go the long way around XD
.png is the default extension of an Ms-paint file
On ms paint, use the select tool (dotted square) and select your image. Press ctrl+c. Open Photoshop and press ctrl+v. This will copy and paste the image from ms paint to photoshop. You could also save the file in ms paint and open it in photoshop.

It shouldn't really matter what computer you have, but if MS Paint doesn't automatically start running, then go to your computer search system and type in MS Paint and if it doesn't pop up then you might to re-install it, but like I always other people, I have a friend with an emachine computer as well and you should have a pre- installed Paint program on your computer, just type in the search Paint. I cannot say this enough, PAINT AND MS PAINT ARE THE EXACT SAME THING BUT THE TOOLS ARE IN DIFFERENT PLACES. So its your choice which one you want to use but they are both EXACTLY the same thing. XD :D
