Turn off your car
Disconnect the Battery
un-install the stereo
under the board on your stero is a led light sensor
you need to unplug that led is inside on your stereo
then follow the cables from your stereo to your main
connections on you starter cable
unplug the cables with level of elite
or will be different size from the others
if you can not disconnected then you need to cut off the board
then, before you connect your stereo, test your car to see if there is any other
cable to disconnect, connect the battery back on your car
and then open your starter, wait for about 4 seconds and then turn on the car
and that's it, your device have been disable. GOOD JOB !!

You can not bypass the passtime. WARNING: if you have passtime and bypass it and the dealer finds out you did they can and most likely repo the car and not refund your money. you signed a contract for passtime when you bought the car.
