Do you mean on your DS lite/DSI/DSI XL or on the computer?
The AR starts up automatically on your console.
But if you mean the computer, you install with the Mini-CD that came in the package.
If you have lost it, or accidentally thrown it out, return it to the store for a new Action Replay.
Install the Action Replay software on your PCRun the Action Replay ProgramConnect your Action Replay to your PC via USBDownload a new cheats file and add it to your Action Replay.

srry, but action replay has special software to put codes in your ds, either buy a action replay, or give up trying to hack :(
No, unless you want to get codes online or via the Action Replay Software.
than you have not register the Action Replay software in to your computer.
This error messageÊmay indicate one of two things. One possibility is that the Action Replay MAX software is not yet installed on your computer, in which case, you should install the software. Another possibility is that the contacts are not being detected properly. If this is the case, blowing the contacts on the Action Replay MAX hardware may solve the problem.
You can just use the Action Replay software for the PC provided when you bought it.
The action replay was probaly a $20 dollar cheapie like my first one i got.
The Action Replay should have come with a CD to install the client software. This is how you access the codelists. With your Action Replay inserted into the DSi and connected to the PC by USB cable, you can copy the codes across to it using the client.
You have to plug your action replay in to your computer and install the software from the disk that came with it (if you havent already!) then open up the program and connect action replay to your computer and click "quick update" this will delete all the games on action replay (with is part of the prosess!) and add the updated form of these games plus some more! that's how to keep your action replay up to date! hope this helps!
