You act laid back and introduce yourself by first and last name. Make the client feel confortable. Depending on the client sometimes first name basis is comforting. Ask the person if they have any questions about you or anything else and answer with honesty. While doing this study the person (their eyes and body language) and get a 'fix on them.' You can tell a lot about people by doing this and it will give you some hints as to how to handle your client. Also a good policy is to listen without interruption. Then say what you think. Be honest, clear and concise.
