1. Get accepted into an engineering program at an accredited college. 2. Apply to NASA for an internship. 3. Work hard during your internship. Meet people and make friends with people during your job there. 4. Graduate with a bachelors. 5. Get a PhD. 6. Apply to NASA as a full time employee. Note; A PhD is not mandatory. Both masters and bachelors graduates are employed by NASA. However, getting a doctorate makes you a much more appealing candidate.
