There is no official method or formal structure of this sect. Believers of this sect keep their practice secret. But you can fullfil your desire in ISCON Temple, Mayapur, Dist- Nadia, (WB). They do not object a visitor who comes in crossdressed condition. I have my personal experience.
You must come with a friend or family member (preferably mother) as they do not allow single traveller in their guest house. Other hotels also follow same rule. You may try this in other temple under ISCON (for ex. Bangalore,). On first day, in daytime, go as "male", talk and take permission from some senior sanyasi/ monk and at evening ( after 5 pm) go crossdressed as "Radha".
