yes, we went to the fish market and my son wanted one, not to eat but to put in the aquarium. Well it's a few weeks later and she is still alive AND about to have babies, well, she has the eggs, we'll see what happens!!

In order to keep a blue crab as a pet you need to put it in a large tank and breed it.You can feed it any kind of meat such as:pork,chicken,beef,etc. which makes it very easy to feed.Dont put them in with other fish because when the fish go to sleep they fall to the bottom of the tank and the crab will try to eat them while there sleeping

While it is never a good idea to bring crabs home from the beach, all hermit crabs are wild because they cannot be bred in captivity. So in essence, the hermit crab you buy at the petstore IS a wild crab as all hermit crabs are wild harvested.

Yes you can keep sea crabs as pets cause i went to a private beach and i found three out of rockpools and i kept them but a tiny tiny baby one died and my shrimp too!
