All I done was rolled up a newspaper and evertime they jumped on someone I would smake them with the paper and say no and after about a week when they would start to jump on someone I would just say NO and they would go lay down. Whenever the puppy jumps on someone, that person should immediately push the puppy away, tell it "no" and ignore it. If it continues jumping on the person after being ignored, place it in "time out" (its crate works perfectly) for a bit (1 minute is plenty).
