I dont know if it works for bees, but someone told me receintly to keep flies from entering your home, put a inflated paper bag with a twist tie on the top, on the top of your door frame, or whereever. It makes the flies think there is a wasps nest on your property. It may work for bees too, as bees and wasps are enemys. Its a old "Fish Restaurant Trick"

But if you just can't bear it, DO NOT kill them - contact a university, natural history museum, honey producer or botantic gardens, and ask them to get a beekeeper to come out and move them.
