I dont know if it works for bees, but someone told me receintly to keep flies from entering your home, put a inflated paper bag with a twist tie on the top, on the top of your door frame, or whereever. It makes the flies think there is a wasps nest on your property. It may work for bees too, as bees and wasps are enemys. Its a old "Fish Restaurant Trick"

∙ 17y agoIf they are nesting in your yard, or just visting, leave them alone. They won't bother you if you don't bother them. Bees are crucial to our ecosystem, and have been dying off and vanishing for the past decade, which, ultimately, will be very bad for all of us, if that trend continues. But if you just can't bear it, DO NOT kill them - contact a university, natural history museum, honey producer or botantic gardens, and ask them to get a beekeeper to come out and move them. Then the bees can do their crucial work away from you, the beekeeper gets new bees and everybody wins.
