there is no possible way to keep marijuana from showing up on a drug test. maybe, if there was no marijuana taken in the first plave like there isn't supposed to be then it wont show up.

For hair test depends on hair length and the amount of hair they take for testing. It's very expensive, but if the company pays, drug can be detected up to two-three years.

Goldenseal does help to hide marijuana in your system, but most labs test for goldenseal now. Otherwise system flushes are generally used to hide it. They work for some people but not others.
