You do not have to keep it warm. All you have to do is give a fresh sample of urine for examination. They will provide you a sterile bottle to collect the urine. Rest is the responsibility of the the laboratory.

∙ 14y agoWell you shouldn't use someone elses urine nor should you use illegal drugs or prescription drugs that are not yours but the answer to your question is to put in a real good ziplock baggy then place in your underwear, being that they are already warm it would be helpful if the urine was 100 degrees first then go into the bathroom punch a hole and pee. Don't get caught!
