6. Relax man. Stress can cause all kinds of bad JU-JU in the body. Take it easy. Take a nap if you need one. Get a kitten or puppy or a fish. Get a hobbie. Building sail boats out of trash to race in the park. Something to take your mind off of your blood vessels.
Just eat things with plenty of iron in them. For example, Lettuce, Brussels Sprouts and things like that :)
