Dogs are protective and will continue attacking cats regard less. That is true but just do what I do to get my dog from attacking the neighborhood cat every-time i see her I call my dog and give her a treat and if she doesn't attack ill give her another treat but if she does attack she has to stay inside for 1 hour because she loves to be outside
make dogs trained by giving them treats when they dont or never take it near a cat
The simple answer is that you can't! Cats are very instinctual creatures and to rebuild any animals basic instincts through training is impossible unless you start the process when the animal is born. Even then it is not 100% effective. The cat will always try to get to the bird/s no matter what you do. Punishing the cat with a firm (but not too hard) tap on the nose when it tries its luck will eventually teach it that trying to kill the bird when you are watching is a bad idea. It will then only try to kill the bird when you AREN'T watching! Of course, it will still test you from time to time (think of it as the cat making sure you haven't had a change of heart!) Cats do not have morals. Your cat sees nothing wrong with killing your pet bird/s and never will do. To the cat, the bird is either food, or something to practice its hunting skills on. Cats are also highly loyal creatures. When they leave a mouse on your doorstep they are actually bringing you what they consider a gift. The sharing of food in the animal kingdom is the highest mark of respect and is a way of affirming strong bonds of friendship and trust. While the cat may not set out to kill your bird just to give to you as a present, the chances are that if the bird got caught, that is what it would end up as. Realistically, the only way to effectively stop a cat trying to kill a pet bird is to keep the two separated at all times.
Hold the dog on a leash and have the cat sit or be in front of it for a while. That's what I did with a pitbull and my cat Mr. Kitty (who is an ---hole btw) and they get along great!!!
U can also introduce your cat and dog when they r kittens and puppies.. This is so they can grow up with and get used to each other. Also, when ur cat +dog r first introduced, u should provide a dog-proof hiding place 4 ur cat when the dog scares it. When ur training ur dog and cat 2 get along, never yell at them. it will only make the dog more hyper and the cat more scared.
because they actually are not trying to hurt or kill cats they are actually just trying to play with them :)
you need to contact a special dog trainer and he will do the job
try to get them to hang out with each other play with them both at the same time or get a pro dog trainer.

Most people know that dogs are and badger, maybe foxes because foxes and badgers kill cats like prey to eat while dogs can kill a cat but don't eat them. Dogs chase cats around, scaring them.

Dogs, Cats Strangely Revive!
We eat the cows and chickens. They are food. The same cannot be said of cats and dogs in most cultures. In most cultures we do not kill pets, not even when they are cows and chickens.
In China you could eat Dogs but I don't know about cats
