To kick a user, simply click the user and hit the button under their image saying "Kick". They will walk to the door and simply disappear.
However, for users who seem to return constantly after you've kicked them numerous times, it may be time to ban them as well. No. Banning them is not like kicking them out of the entire Hotel, however, it allows you to block them from entering the room for 15 minutes.
To Kick and Ban (Often called K&B) simply follow them same steps as kicking a user, just instead of clicking kick, click "Kick & Ban".
