to get rotom go to the old cheatu[after u've beat th e4].Then go up the stairs and through the middle room.Next go into the room with the tv in go up to the tv and press "a" and it will say somthing like "there looks like there's a Pokemon in the tv.Want to thump it".Answer yes and you will battle rotom catch it because THERE IS ONLY ONE.I used a quick ball wich didn't work but then a ultra ball and caught it.
